3-4 - MCTA Horse Trials at Shawan Downs- Cockeysville, Maryland |
| Courtney and Neal competed horses at Novice
through Preliminary with ribbons all around. At the Novice Level,
Courtney and Raven put in a great dressage test, scoring 28; they then
added only a rail in stadium jumping and no faults cross country to
finish in 2nd place. Neal competed Hanna at the Training Level,
putting in a good dressage test and clean stadium round, but adding a
stop on cross country to drop from 2nd to 9th. At the Preliminary
Level, Courtney performed well in the dressage on both Gaelic Marriage
and Toy Story. She then added good stadium rounds and no jumping
faults cross county on both horses to finish in 3rd and 5th places respectively.

16-17 - Virginia Horse Trials - Lexington, Virginia |

24-25 - Fair Hill International Horse Trials - Fair Hill, Maryland |
| Neal and Hanna led the way, competing at the
Training Level on Saturday, and finishing in 6th place. They had a
competitive dressage test and later added clean cross-country and show
jumping rounds to win their ribbon.
On Sunday, Courtney rode Raven and Patty Moshanko rode The Color
Kells, both at the Novice Level. Both pairs put in good dressage
tests and braved the often pouring rain to turn in clean cross country
rounds. Unfortunately, even more rain made for messy stadium
jumping, with Raven finishing 6th, and The Color of Kells out of the
ribbons.

| The Event Team had a great day with special
awards and ribbons for all. Patty Moshanko and The Color of Kells
capped off her Spring season by winning the Greystone Award for the best

Rider division.
Courtney also competed at the Novice Level riding Amy Lindgren's
Lindy in his first horse trials. He also put in a good dressage
test and double clean jumping rounds to finish 5th in his Novice Horse

earned the Novice Level Optimum Time Award finishing right on the time.
Rounding out the day, was our newest summer student, Andrea Thomas,
riding Hanna at the Training Level. Having been at C Square Farm
