| Courtney and Toy Story put in their strongest
showing yet, winning their Intermediate division.
"Woody" placed 5th in the dressage and then was one of only a
few horses to finish the cross county course with no jumping or time
faults; a performance that put him in first place. As the last to
go in the "reverse order of standing" stadium jumping,
Courtney and "Woody" insured their success having only one
rail.
Competing at the Preliminary Level, Christine Weir and Code of Ethics
also had a great weekend. With no cross county jumping faults,
Christine and "Cody" earned their 1st qualifying completion
towards a CCI*.

| The event began with Courtney competing Amy
Lindgren's Snowy in the Area II Novice Championships. Having
previously qualified by winning 2 horse trials, Snowy added to his
success, performing well in all three phases to win the Young Horse
Championship.
Courtney also competed with Toy Story at the Intermediate
Level. The pair followed up on their success from the week before,
placing 3rd in the dressage. With their qualifications on track
for the Radnor Hunt CCI**, we opted to not compete "Woody" in
the jumping phases.

| Giselle Superstar and Rainey Sealy led the
way winning their Preliminary Level division. They led after the
dressage with a score of 31 (69%), and jumped clean in stadium and
cross county, adding only a few seconds on time on XC, to win their 2nd
Preliminary event of the season.
Courtney and Snowy followed Giselle and Rainey's lead, winning their
Novice Level division. They tied for the lead after the dressage
with a 30 and went on to jump clean in stadium and cross country, with
their tie being broken by only one second of time on cross
country. Courtney also rode Dillon at the Novice Level. He
added clean jumping rounds to a dressage score of 39 to finish in 2nd
place.
Courtney and Toy Story competed at the Intermediate Level, finishing
their last horse trials before the CCI** at the Radnor Hunt International
Three-Day Event. The pair had a good outing, finishing in 6th
place. Also competing, were, Christine Weir and Code of Ethics,
who completed another Preliminary Level competition. The pair
finished with a good dressage test, no cross country jumping penalties,
and only a rail in stadium jumping to earn another qualifying completion
towards a CCI*.
