On Sunday, we returned with 3 horses competing at the Novice Level.  Lark and Geronimo led the way tied with a score of 34.2 in the dressage.  Competing in his first Novice, Chocolate was just behind with 36.3.  Lark went on to add only a rail in stadium and clean cross county to finish 3rd.  Geronimo and Chocolate both jumped clean in both stadium and cross county, but each added a little time to finish in 9th and 6th places respectively.

Courtney and Toy Story again had a fine dressage test, this time placing 7th at Intermediate.  They went on to jump clean in stadium (in a ring) before again not competing cross country because of the hard ground.

At Novice, Lark again did well in all three phases, this time adding no jumping faults to his dressage score of 32 to again finish 3rd.  Geronimo did well in the dressage and stadium jumping, but after a brief heavy rain turned the hard footing into hard and slippery footing, Courtney decided not to complete the cross country.
