For our final Aiken event of 2015, we competed at Stable View Farm in their midweek horse trials. Courtney rode R Star (Hope) at Preliminary, Valley of Knowledge & Believe in the Stars (Bits) at Training, and Vendi Spring & Count R Lucky Stars (Grace) at Novice.
Hope led things off with a very nice dressage test scoring 25.9 to place 2nd of 24. She went on to jump clear and under time in both stadium jumping and on cross country to move up and bring home the blue ribbon.
Valley and Bits had good dressage tests with Valley placing 15th of 39 horses. He had one rail in stadium and jumped clear on cross country to finish 15th. Bits jumped clear in both stadium and on cross country finishing 23rd Essay writing.
Vendi placed 7th of 39 in dressage. Like Valley he added a rail in stadium and clean jumping on cross country to finish 13th TopCollegePapers. Grace did well in all three phases, including a clear stadium jumping round, but she was a little distracted at a busy point on the cross country course, adding a green stop.
