With Courtney selling all of her scheduled rides for the event, our lone competitor was Emily Urban riding Royal Quest. Emily is a spending her summer between high school and college with us. The pair had a good dressage test, placing in a tie for 5th. They went to put in a good round in stadium jumping, adding only a rail. On cross county, they jumped clear and under time, including a good ride through what proved to be a difficult water jump to move up and finish 2nd.
