Gold Diamond is sired by the Elite Hanoverian stallion Gold Luck, who has been top-listed in the USEF Dressage Sires List for years. Gold Luck stands at Rolling Stone Farm in Slatington, PA. Gold Luck is sired by the legendary Grand Prix Dressage stallion named Grundstein.

Gold Diamond’s dam named Lady Lillianna was born on the Isle of Anglesey in Wales, UK. She was imported from the UK. She was presented for the 2000 IDHS(GB) Mare Inspection in England. Lady Lillianna passed her inspection and was graded as an SID mare. Lady Lillianna competed successfully in dressage and showjumping in England.

Lady Lillianna’s sire is the Irish Draught stallion named Diamond Jake who was a Grade B showjumper in the UK. Diamond Jake draghunted and hunted with the Anglesey Foxhounds. He quickly qualified Newcomers, Foxhunter, Members Cup and was chosen to showjump for Wales, then partnered by Tom Lloyd (aged 16) on the Welsh Young Riders International Team. Tom and Jake actually represented Wales on three occasions, winning 2 Gold and 1 runners-up medal. Tom and Jake jumped for Gwynedd area team in the County Championships in September 1993, winning a Silver Medal at that outing. He also won the Area 20 Foxhunter Trophy, and the Winter League A B + C Trophy at Warrington, Cheshire. Diamond Jake gained 3020 points BSJA showjumping and was rewarded the 1994 2nd Place and 1993 3rd Place in the overall IDHS(GB) Performance Award. He won the first ever IDHS(GB) Performance Horse Pure Bred Trophy in 1993 and again in 1994. He met with a terrible tragic accident at nine years of age in 1994 while out draghunting and was sadly lost.
Glencullen Lass, the dam of Diamond Jake, also produced the pure-bred gelding named Druid’s Hill, the winner of the 1997 IDHS(GB) Performance Award. He was awarded 1st Place Overall Champion and Best Pure-Bred since he gained a tremendous 3650 points including a bonus of 100 for a three group versatility. He competed in showjumping, dressage, eventing and hunter trials.

Lady Lillianna’s dam is a Cleveland Bay Sport Horse named Amber Star, and was a foxhunter and showjumper in the UK. Amber Star was sired by the world renowned Cleveland Bay stallion named Forest Saga. This premium stallion held the King George V Cup trophy for 3 years. Forest Saga received the title as the Champion Cleveland Bay Stallion of Great Britain for 3 years and Life Premium Stallion. Forest Saga’s sire was the legendary Forest Superman, who also won the King George V Cup trophy four times.
