Our 20-acre farm features 19 stalls with a renovated 1840’s bank-style barn with 8 oversized box stalls, hot & cold wash stall, heated tack room, and abundant storage areas as well as a newly-built 11-stall barn with an additional tack room & wash-stalls on the ground floor and housing for students and employees above.
Generous turnout is available in six double-fenced paddocks and three large fields, all on established pasture. We offer a 100 x 200-foot outdoor arena, and we have several cross country fences including a bank, a bounce bank, logs, a water crossing, and a ditch, with more jumps currently under construction. Hacking is available on-site and in the nearby 600-acre county park.

Courtney and the Event Team winter in Aiken, South Carolina at our new Southern location from late December through March, and she will have spots available for training, competition and sales horses.

The Aiken location features 20 acres of property, 17 acres in pasture fenced and cross fenced, and four fields are equipped with large run-in sheds. Currently, there is a six stall center aisle barn with an inside and outside wash stall with hot and cold water, tack room with a half bath, and laundry. The irrigated arena is 220′ x 180′ with GGT footing and we have cross country fences in one field, including a water jump. Additional stalls and RV Hookups are available for those wishing to join us or send their horses to Courtney for consignment or training opportunities during the winter season.
The house includes four bedrooms, so we have plenty of room for clients and guests during the Winter season. Above the barn is outfitted with a two bedroom apartment and a full kitchen where our staff is housed. Additionally, both house and the apartment are available on Airbnb for rent from C Square Farm South LLC during May through December. All of this is located in the bucolic Montmorenci corridor and offers easy driving distance to downtown, cross country schooling facilities such as The Vista, and close proximity to many equestrian venues.

For You: We’ll house your horse and we’ll help you find a place to lay your head. We’ll custom make a training program for you and your horse that includes lessons during the week and competitions on the weekends.
For Your Horse: Ship your horse down and we’ll do all the training and competing. This is the one time it’s ok to be jealous of your horse!
Weekend Warrior: Send your horse to us and we’ll train them during the week so you can compete them on the weekends.
