Courtney and Bridget made the long drive up to Bromont to compete in the CCI 2* with Havasu Canyon and Who’s a Star (Tag). One of the first few horses to compete, Tag put in one of his best dressage tests, scoring 52.6 (65%) to lead the morning session of 16 horses. Havasu was one of the remaining 9 horses who competed in the afternoon. He and Courtney did not let the pouring rain get in the way of an even better dressage test as they scored 47.0 (over 68.5%). Heading into cross country on Saturday, Havasu was in 3rd place and Tag is in 5th.
Both horses ran well on cross country. Havasu had a clear round, but added some time to slip to 9th place. Tag had a green run out at the second of the double corners.

Both horses also had good stadium jumping rounds, with Havasu adding only a rail to move up and finish 7th. Tag had 2 rails down to place 20th.
