The big news for this week is that Neal, Courtney, Taylor and Liz have started foal watch in earnest with Believe in the Stars (aka “Bits”). Thankfully the weather has been nice this past week or so, which means that Bits is more comfortable. But we’re all getting anxious to see this foal! Stay tuned to Facebook and Instagram as we’ll be sure to post #foalspam photos there first!

Sometimes bad news is the best news. Originally meant as a sale horse, Excel Star Now or Never arrived at the farm late this week. Unfortunately the buyer was unable to complete the sale due to family circumstances, and after reviewing the videos and seeing all the positive reviews of him from colleagues, we decided that he might be a good horse for Courtney to keep for herself. I know we may sound like a broken record, but we’re once again looking to put together a group of owners to keep this horse in Courtney’s barn.
