Courtney led off the weekend competing with Who’s a Star (Tag) at Advanced. They had a good dressage test Friday morning (while the rest of us were at home helping foal Jaguar Star), placing 5th of 20. They then jumped clear in stadium, moving up to 3rd. On Saturday, they added a clear cross country round, and moved up again finishing 2nd.
Tatum Stam and Catch Me if U Can (Chase) moved up and competed at Preliminary for the first time. They had a few hiccups here and there, but ended up with solid performances in all three phases to finish 14.
Competing at Training were Kim Russell & Allia and Michaela Holcomb & Cloud Nine (Leo). Kim & Allia had a nice dressage test, added just a rail in stadium and went clear and within the time on cross country to finish 13th. Michaela & Leo had a nice dressage test before adding some rails in staium and time on cross country to finish 10th.
