Havasu’s Corner, July 2010

Did you see the photos and videos yet?? If not, go check out the Bromont stuff first and then come back to my blog.

Ok … how fun was that!? Seriously, I had a blast at Bromont. I know that some horses aren’t too fond of dressage, but I don’t think it’s that bad. And I’ve found that the better I am, the more treats I get. So I’m more than happy to go into that white box with Courtney. The rain put a bit of a damper on things, but I did my best. And given the amount of carrots I got that night, I’m guessing it was pretty good.

Cross-country was SO.MUCH.FUN! The weather was perfect, and Courtney finally let me gallop a bit faster, although I’m always wanting to go faster.

Then onto the final day. There were so many people there watching. I loved it! I did rub one rail, but I really didn’t mean to. And Courtney didn’t seem too upset. I got to stick around after and get ribbons and do the victory gallop with some other horses. Just you wait … next time I’m going to be leading the gallop!

I’m on a mini-vacation right now, so until next time … whinny at you later!
