Who’s a Star returned to competition leading off things at Intermediate. Courtney and Tag had a very good dressage test, placing 2nd, only 0.8 points off the lead. They jumped well in stadium, but added a few rails to slip a few placings. They went on to have a great cross country round, jumping clear and moving up to finish in 3rd. Emily Urban and Royal Quest also competed on Saturday. At Training level, they had a good dressage test, added a rail in stadium and went clear on cross country to finish 6th.
On Sunday Courtney returned with Macbeth to compete at Novice. She was joined by Gillian Cowley, another student spending the summer with C Square Farm. Gillian rode Gabriella Rosselini, who her family purchased just days earlier. They placed 6th in dressage and went on to jump clear in stadium jumping and on cross county to finish 5th. Macbeth had a good outing, but finished out of the ribbons.
