Courtney competed with Who’s a Star (Tag) at Intermediate and Vegas Run at Preliminary. Both horses were moving back up to the levels that they competed at last year after initial outings this year one level lower.
In a division with several Olympic horses and riders, Tag had a very good dressage test, scoring 29.2 and placing 3rd out of 26. He jumped well, adding a single rail in stadium, and going clear with a little time on cross country to finish 8th.
Vegas also did very well in dressage, scoring 29.1 to tie for 6th out of 25. He added a couple rails in stadium and also jumped clear with a little time on cross country to finish 11th.
