Pine Top Recap!

This was supposed to be a busy weekend for Courtney with six horses entered, but unfortunately she was down for the count with a nasty bug. The rest of the C Square crew went to Pine Top and came home with great results!

Jennifer led the way with Excel Star Lance, winning her Sr. Novice Rider division; while Lauren and Excel Star Over the Moon were close on their heels all day to finish 4th in the same division. And longtime partners Dana and Excel Star Midas Touch came in 6th in their Sr. Training Rider division. We also want to give a huge shout out to Alyssa for successfully moving her homebred Stormin’ Truth up to Advanced this weekend!

Elsewhere in Aiken, Excel Star Alice was at Stable View where she was Reserve Champion in the 3′ Green Hunters. Further south we had a good showing at Three Lakes Horse Trials as well for Samantha and Taylore.

•      Samantha Tinney with Eminem m2s (formerly Excel Star Eminem): 3rd in Preliminary Rider
•      Taylore Clarke with Excel Star Challenge Accepted: 8th in Novice Rider-A
