We braved a cold windy day to compete at nearby Plantation Field.
Believe in the Stars (Bits) lead the way scoring 31.4 in dressage to lead her Training division. She added a rail in stadium jumping and jumped clear on cross country to finish in first place. Dixie Brown competed at Novice. She scored 26.1 in dressage before adding a couple rails in stadium and jumping clear on cross country to finish out of the ribbons.
Count R Lucky Stars (Grace) and Bowie Mill both competed at Beginner Novice in what was their second horse trials. They both did well in dressage before the weather got the best of us and the footing, with Courtney deciding not to jump these youngsters.
