Seneca Valley Pony Club Horse Trials – Poolesville, Maryland. June 19, 2004

An early start to the day (4 am) brought great results as the team brought home many ribbons including two 1st-place finishes.

Leading the way were Amy Lindgren on Mullacash Paddy (Winter) and Sara Gartland on Ever Clever (Begley) both putting in great dressage tests and clean cross country and stadium jumping rounds to win their Beginner Novice divisions.

Also competing at the Beginner Novice Level were Kathy Bell on Snowy and Jennifer Bell on Patty Moshanko’s The Color of Kells. Each rode well in the dressage and added only some time in the jumping phases to finish in 5th (Kathy) and 8th (Jennifer).

Competing in her first horse trials, Tey Stiteler, rode John to a successful finish at the Elementary Level.

Also at the event were Ivan Blumberg, who rode, former C Square Farm horse Irish Watercolour, to 2nd place at the Beginner Novice Level.
