The event began with Courtney competing Amy Lindgren’s Snowy in the Area II Novice Championships. Having previously qualified by winning 2 horse trials, Snowy added to his success, performing well in all three phases to win the Young Horse Championship.
Courtney also competed with Toy Story at the Intermediate Level. The pair followed up on their success from the week before, placing 3rd in the dressage. With their qualifications on track for the Radnor Hunt CCI**, we opted to not compete “Woody” in the jumping phases.
