Courtney traveled to Lexington, Virginia with R Star (“Hope”) to compete in the Intermediate horse trials.
They had a great dressage test scoring 29.6, six points ahead of the next horse, to lead the 22 horses competing at Intermediate. Later on Friday, they then added a good stadium jumping round, taking down a rail at the first jump, but remaining in the lead going into Saturday’s cross country.
Unfortunately they had a rough cross country and did not finish the course. Both Horse and rider are fine.
