Nevaeh led off the weekend competing in the 4-year old Young Event Horse Division on Friday. She placed 2nd earning a qualifying score for the Young Event Horse Championships to be held this Fall. Nevaeh returned over the weekend competing at Novice. She scored over 70% in dressage to lead her division and then went on to jump clear in stadium and on cross country to finish in 1st place. Courtney also rode Macbeth and Johnny at Novice; they did well in the dressage and jumped clear on cross county, but they both added some faults in stadium with Macbeth finishing 6th, and Johnny out of the ribbons.
Courtney also rode Havasu Canyon and Who’s a Star at Intermediate. Both horses did well in dressage with Havasu placing 3rd and Tag 10th out of 24 horses. They both jumped clear on cross country, adding only some time faults. Together with some faults in stadium jumping, they finished 10th and 13th.
