Courtney rode Much More at the training level. After three weeks without a cross country ride (because of the cancellation of his cross country at Poplar Place), Phelps was very good, jumping clean cross country and adding only a rail in stadium jumping to finish 4th. Christine Weir also competed at training level on Severn Dandelion. The pair had their best jumping rounds yet, but ended up outside of the ribbons.
